Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 Start Starter Motor

My speedfight 2 wont start?

Running fine one day then conked out and wont start since. Got new spark plug and starter motor, cleaned carb checked spark all good, turns over with electric start and kick but just wont fire ??
Any help appreciated.
