105e over pressure?

my baxi 105e goes to about 3 bar when central heating is on this causes the pressure relief valve to operate and empty the water out of the closed loop. so have o keep filling the boiler every day . i have change the relief valve and it is still doing it. can someone help please. thanks dave.
