Bosch wff 2001 washing machine Spin cycle noisy?

Something is caught between spin drum and outer drum, at times it gets caught in spin drum during spin cycle makes horrendous noise. Cleaned pump filter found one Bra wire, machine will run for days OK then now picks up another item intermittently, so need to get drums apart to clear unfound obstacle, can you assist How do I gain access between drums?
