Mend Qualcast Bolt Holding Blade

Qualcast 1300 MEB1334M Can sheared off bolt holding blade be replaced?

Qualitative 1300 MEB1334M. A hidden old rotary washing line base completely sheared off the bolt holding the blade. Can this bolt be replaced?

Miles Tools and Machinery used to be quite good with Qualcast spares - they had exploded-parts diagrams too.

As for the broken blade bolt - if you need to remove it then drill a hole down the centre and screw in an easy-out
