Mend Wacker Hulk Evolution Problem Fuel Cleaned Running

Can anyone tell me how to set up a carb on a hulk evolution wacker ?

I have the problem of fuel not getting through to the carb I have cleaned everything and I have had it running , but because I have messed with the setting I need it reset the carb. Does anyone have a service manual for this or can they tell me how to do the settings thanks
