Mend AEG F 99009MOP Dishwasher Start Buttons

I cant get into my "Settings"?

I have an AEG Favorit proclean dishwasher but i cant get it to run. it is as if the "okay" and start buttons are not functioning. Model number F 99009MOP. Product number 911418012. serial number 14010063.

I have checked the trouble shooting guide in the manual and its says it may be a blown fuse but I dont know where the fuse box is housed.
