Why not do a Google search for make and model of sectional door you have. There may well be installation instructions you can download.

check if power going to the door control unit,if you fit garage doors you should know this check fuse in control unit,(turn power off first ) check circuit breaker in garage db unit (fuse box)
not a hard prob to find
