Mend Not Getting Steam

not getting any steam?

it lights up gets hot but its not building any pressure when i press the trigger i don`t get ant steam... does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong with it?

I have the same problem, the pressure will normally built up as shown in the pressure gauge , but no stream out when the I press the switch on handle.I guess the problem may be caused by the failure of stream valve.

Either it's leaking and the pressure is escaping - or - it's not getting hot enough to make steam.

Difficult at a distance to say but I would guess a leak.
