Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 Problem Start

peugeot speedfight 2 starting problem?

My Peugeot speedfight 2 did start via electric start until I took my battery out to charge it, I put it back in and now it makes no sound at all!

Another thing, i can not get my side casing lined up properly so it catches the start motor when kicking, anyone know how to do this properly?
