Mend Peugeot Speedfight 3 Works Fine

How can I fix my Peugeot speedfight 3?

My moped has full petrol, full oil, and the battery works fine

However, when ever I try to start it up the engine just keeps on turning over and even the kick start won't make the engine go

I need a answer ASAP, with what the problem may be and how I can resolve this

I'd say you've flooded the engine & fouled the sparkplug. Take the plug out & clean the electrodes with a wire brush or light sandpaper then wipe any dust or debris off with a fresh rag.
Put the sparkplug lead on the plug & with an insulated set of pliers, hold it against the engine or frame where you can have a good metal contact (you're earthing the plug). Now get someone to start the bike while you check to see if the plug is sparking. If no spark then replace the plug.
