How to wind. Bobbin for singer tronic 2010?

I'm lost on how or where to wind my bobbin.I've had this machine for many years..haven't used it in awhile.Can't find my book.For the love of me I can remember how to wind the bobbin.Can anyone please tell me. Lost and confused. Thank you.
