Mend Cannon C60GPCF Oven Cooker Hot

bottom oven wont ignite?

cannon c60gpcf gas cooker bottom oven wont ignite. top oven and hot burners are fine. It's not on auto, I have unplugged wall socket and reset timer, still nothing. There is gas coming through and i can see and hear the spark, it just wont light. Any ideas?
