how can i fix my leisure rangemaster 110 electric cooker?

i have a leisure rangemaster 110,the fan assisted oven element gets hot even when the cooker is off.can anyone have any idea what is the faulty.ta

I am pretty sure if u call rangemaster helpline they offer a fixed fee repair. It used to be around £125 inc all parts and lab regardless of the fault.
