Mend Aldi Years Idle Start

how to fix my brush cutter?

my brush cutter bought from Aldi few years back keeps running when it is on idle mode but start to die out when the speed is increased. Looks like enough fuel is not getting in. I have cleaned the filter and checked the fuel line which looks ok. Spark plug is ok as well.
Any idea what would be the problem? and how to fix it.
