Mend Briggs & Stratton 2 Lawn Mower Engine No Start

Briggs #2 classic wont start?

Well I tryed spray and gas and primer and cleaning the flywheel and coil but no noises fires or anything earlier there was oil coming out of the muffler any suggestions?
