Kenmore Ultra Wash green light blinking?

The green light on the front of the panel flashes continually of our Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher, Model 665. We had a water inlet problem that has now been corrected. How do we reset the control panel? The manual is not helpful. Thank you!
