Mend Kenmore UltraWash Stops Cycle Led

kenmore dishwasher stops and locks?

The kenmore ultrawash starts the cycle then stops. Several of the LED indicators are dimly lit when is stops but pressing any button on the control panel causes the "lock" light to illuminate. It will not complete the cycle or reset.
