Mend Nissan P12 Primera Fitted Runs Checked

misfire?

fitted a s/h engine in 53 p12 Primera engine runs on 1 and 2 cyl but not 3 and 4 I checked the compression all good spark all 4 good fitted noid lights to injectors 3 and 4 no signal 1 and 2 good car ran fine before engine swop only smoked bad can any one help
