Mend Vaillant Boiler Lockout

vaillant 242 help!?

boiler starts sequence fan runs then goes to lockout,no spark at electrode,no gas getting through,have cleaned all tubes,checked all reset switches,have linked pressure switch out and fitted new pcb and transformer but still the same.could anyone please help

if you link the APS out to early in the cycle the boiler pcb will detect it as a fault and go to lock out...Try shorting the APS secounds after the fan begins to run ......this will cause the boiler to go into ignition ..best of luck
