Mend Texecom Veritas Excel Just Old Alarm System

I have just replaced my old alarm system with texecom veritas excel?

The system arms fine on exit/entry, but the pirs sensors do not trigger the alarm? They lite up on walk test and latch on fine but no arm triggers at all, the LCD shows the zones breached.
