Mend Carl Lewis Power Wiring Repair

Carl Lewis treadmill not powering up?

It doesnt seem to power up at all. I hadnt used it for a while. Got it back into my living room. connected all the wires back up. No power was going in. Changed the fuse in the plug, even then nothing.
