how can i fix my Sabre 25 HE boiler?

I have a problem with my Sabre boiler, The pressure switch is not opperating we have changed the pressure switch checked and replaced the venturi. Replaced fan and cleaned flue.If front combustion chamber cover lifted fan runs faster and air switch is triggered and boiler runs. Any help before i spend more money on this problem.
