lights are flashing?

i have a hotpoint wash and dryer, when i put for the wash, after the first wash when it starts draining the all the lights starts flashing , i cleaned the pumb, i tried in the spin and drain program, it was spining when it comes to drain all the lights get flashing, can plz help me
