Mend Gainsborough 10.5 Shower Temperature

NO CONTROL OVER WATER TEMPERTURE, NOW RUNS COLD ONLY?

SHOWER WAS RUNNING PERFECTLY UNTIL A WEEK AGO, NOW IT RUNS VERY HOT OR COLD, BUT THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS IT NOW RUNS COLD ONLY WITH NO HEAT WHAT SO EVER. CAN YOU GIVE SOME IDEA OF THE PROBLEM. THE SHOWER IS JUST OVER A YEAR OLD AND IS A GAINSBOROUGH 10.5 THANKS
