02 berlingo help PLZ really stuck?

a day ago my washer stopped squirting and i thought it may just be out of liquid, but the wipers didn't work either in the wash mode. Today, my wipers don't work at all, nor do my indicator lights. There are almost no lights lit on the bottom part of the dash (where usually I am greeted with a row of small indicator icons for things like battery, glow plugs etc). Only the oil icon lights up.
Generally i seem to have no power to most electrically powered things. Headlights and brake lights still work. Any suggestions? Iv Gone true all fuses and checked wiring at the back of dash and ignition
