Mend Baxi 242rf Boiler Central Heating

Central heating not coming . Hot water OK boss Therm 242rf ?

We have hot water but no central heating, transmitter light for Boss Therm 242rf no on , I think this is why heating is not coming on , also Baxi boiler duo tec combi boiler is squeezing when hot water on
