What could be wrong with my Creda 1000 Supaspeed Ecowash?

It has developed a high pitch squeal when the drum is turning. It seems to be out of balance when it spins with light loads. Could the bearings have worn out or a counterbalance weight come lose? Who can I get to fix it in Calgary, Alberta, Canada?
