How do I fix my Dimplex Optimyst Danville FireDNV20AB?

This is used for flame & smoke effect only. When I switch it on lights up but no flame/mist. Two bleeps after about 1minute & then switches itself off. Have cleaned all parts & water tanks are full. It's only 14 months old.
