the heater on my fire is running even when switched to flame/smoke effect only, it will switch from 1kw to 2kw but when I select effects only the fan continues to run & heat still comes out of vents. I would appreciate any help or recommended repairer( CO. DURHAM area)to resolve the problem
When I switch on my fire it lights up when the flames should come on the fire clicks twice and turns its self off

This is a new one to me there are really only 2 obvious things it could be 1;is the switch [dependant on the model whether it has 1 switch or 3 ] 2;its the PCB
If you ring Dimplex in Southampton [08448793588 ] they will tell you the nearest agent
