Mend Light Car Plug

Glowplug andelectronic fault warning light?

When I start the car (after glow plug light goes out) it seems very lumpy and seems to misfire. After a very short time both lights come back on. If you rev the car the light goes out. Any clues

just a guess but get your glow plugs checked out,when cold you may get misfiring/unburnt fuel passing through exhaust which sensors may pick up,hence warning lamp comes on.maybe worth a look,a code reader may verify this if you have one.
