Mend Texecom Premier Elite Prox Not Working

Texecom Prox Tag not working?

Hi I have a premier elite and the prox tags have been fine. I had the voice dialer changed and now the prox tags no longer work. I have tried 3 different tags at two different keypads !!

Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance
