Swan 2200w Steam Generator Iron Code: SI4030GRN low steam?

my Swan 2200w Steam Generator Iron
Code: SI4030GRN is hardly producing steam
the water tank level hardly moves during a baskeyt of ironing.
tried a descale tablet with no effect.
tried using without filter again no difference

can anyone suggest a fix please
