Mend Tefal Steam Generator Bottom

tefal steam generator fault?

My tefal steam generator has water pouring out of the holes. I have tried descaling the bottom unit but all that did was give me clean water through the holes instead of brown. Help !!! getting desperate now , my iron is only 2 years old.
