Sagem HD L32 TV not switching on?

Sagem Axium HD L32 T/2
Switch on the main power, no red indicator light but fan running.
Press power on, on remote (new batteries fitted), Green indicator light does not come on and TV does not power up.
The same if I use the manual power switch on the side of the set.
This has happened intermitantly for a while but now won't power up at all.
Can't find a wiring schematic to trace the circuits through. Plus I'm used to older technology.
Has anyone any advise or solutions they can offer.
