Hoover Nextra (6kg) Condenser Dryer?

Hi all,
Dont know exact model number.
Ive had it around 5yrs and the problem I've came across was when i moved house around 4yrs ago.

The problem is/was when I start the dryer it runs for about 3secs and then it trips the circuit breaker at fuse box.?

Now I say "is/was" as after moving and it continually tripping switches,it all of a sudden started working, after a few months?,and all was working well.
Then when I moved again I am getting the ”same problem” tripping switches....
I would be grateful for any feedback on this problem,or if it is a known fault...
