Mend Megae Soft Yop Roof Still Not

Megan's roof still not working ?

Hi I have a 2002 megae soft yop the roof went up 3/4 of the way and got stuck I released the manual screw on the pump and pulled the cord I managed to get the roof back up manually followed the online instructions about the catch mechanism took it off reset the pull cord and bolted it back on the roof went down ok but got stuck 3/4 of the way back up again all I get when I press the roof button is beeping about 5 times does any one know how to fix this please

Hi no it's a soft top so it folds away in a separate compartment I think it's all to do with the micro switches

Is there a luggage height shelf in the boot that is not locked in place. Not sure on Renault but some have this fitted to stop you crushing items in the boot When the roof folds in.
