vauxhall tigra sunroof?

My electric sunroof closes but the back end doesn't come down and the manual winder still does not close it.

there should be a small plastic cap on the roof lining just after the light pop that out and you will see the motor, undo the screw dead in front of the hole and remove the small cog (do not lose this) after that use a suitably sized allen key and that should be your manual winder to open and close!
