Mend BeModern Detroit Power Heater Fuse

No power!?

The fire has had very little use. Onky ever use the illumination feature, never the heating. Went to switch on the other day and there was no beep when pressing the power switch to on and nothing works!! Fuse fine and both bulbs working (checked in another appliance).help please, can it be fixed?
