can`t find the fuse for my blow heater fan citroen balingo 1.4 2002?

where can i find the fuse for my blow heater fan i have lost the power and my fan is not working.

Have you checked the power supply at the blower fan plug. If you have power there with the engine running then the fault may well be the ballist resister
