Mend Vekra Excell 80SP Boiler Temperature System

above tamprature 70 boiler cut off?

i have vekra excell 80sp boiler ,after some time when tamprature goes above 70 it cut off , then i have to turn off completly,after 20min it will work ..but again above tamprature 70 it cut off again. pls help
