Lost connection?

Hi guys, my RDJ10RF is not talking any longer to the Transmitter. It will follow the programme but the heat does not turn off. I previously had another Receiver/Transmitter and exactly the same thing happened. What could be causing the interference and how can I fix it? Thanks, A
