Rotavator?

After putting oil in rotavator it will not start it ran fine and started easy before what is the problem I used correct oil but I may have put to much oil in

Consider that you may have put the oil in the wrong place - where the fuel usually goes - you do not say the make & model of the rotavator or how much oil you put in - is there a dip-stick to show the oil level? What does it tell you?

Some engines have no separate provision for oil - the lubricant is mixed with the fuel - typically 5% to 2%
