Urgent help no hot water or heating?

Worcester Ri boiler has a perm blue light on currently. I can't get hot water or heating, yesterday I could only get heating but whilst heating was on was not able to get hot water. Only way I can get hot water is by turning on the Emersion heater.

Please advise ASAP.
