Mistral Kitchen Appliances, Refrigerators Problem Freezer Temp

The freezer compartment is factory set and not adjustable. www.hotpointservice.co.uk go to instruction booklets and look at hotpoint refrigeration for model 8596. I have the same problem and found the handbook here. Hope this is of help
