How do I remove the control knob on a hoover elite 920 washing machine? ?

It will either have a cap on the knob which will prise off and have a clip under the cap holding the knob on or else it will screw off. To unscrew press the knob hard in & turn it anti clockwise, I think those panels also have a hidden screw on the left under one of the knobs. Remove that screw and slide panel side ways to release it.
