how can ifix my fridge.samsung da99-00663a?

when you switch it on it shows a red filter indicator. It runs for some time then it switches off the compressor and both evaporator fans as if on defrost but the heaters wont energize. It wont come on again unless you switch it off from supply and on again. It will run again and pulls temperature from where it left. When it cuts off again it wont re-energize unless you switch it off and on again. What could be the possible fault
