Hi, I have a dimplex mk2 Electric fire and when I knock the switch on it sounds like the motor isn't running correctly as it's very loud and it's not producing any heat also the back light is not coming on at all. how can I change the motor?
MK 2 is only a series of fires and not the name of the fire itself
if the fan at the bottom is making a noise there could be a piece of coal caught in the blades,if its a X1s the PCB will need replacing
