Clock and radio not working?

Hi, after taking the clock and radio desplay out to do other work on dash, when I put it back it didn't work.
At first the clock lit up but then went out to.
Has anyone got the answer why.

my radio keeps going on and off and with a little bang. it will come back on but with white noise. is this a fuse problem or wiring?

Possible fuse blown,also if it lost battery power it may need a security code to get it up and running again
