Mend Tefal Iron Steam Lights

How can I fix my tefal iron? ?

My tefal steam generator is not producing steam when pressing the handle. The iron is getting hot, and all the four lights have lit up on the end of the iron stand. Does it need resetting? If so how do you do it. Thank you
