Mend Karcher Inside Casing Appears

Karcher 411a leaking?

My 411a is leaking from somewhere on the inside. I have had the casing off, everything appears secure (bolts etc) put it back together yet it still leaks. I've checked the inlet & outlet hose connections.
So have you any ideas?
